  • Our primary meeting point for this tour will be the Criterion Hotel (560 Hay Street, Perth) @ 7:25am.
  • Minimum age is 6 years old, not suitable for young children or infants due to the nature and length of the tour
  • We recommend all travellers bring a 1.5L water bottle, to complete the walks as temperatures get very hot
  • Itinerary may change slightly depending on weather conditions and temperatures throughout the summer months
  • Our vehicles are modern high back non-reclining seats with seat belts, with limited luggage storage so we recommend 1 x 15kgs soft backpack

What you can expect

Embark on a 6-day soft-adventure tour from Perth to Exmouth along Western Australia’s spectacular Coral Coast. This one-way journey is filled with diverse landscapes, iconic marine parks, and unique wildlife encounters—perfect for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and anyone wanting to experience the best of Western Australia’s natural beauty.

Your adventure begins with a visit to the iconic Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park, where ancient limestone formations rise from golden sands. Travel north along the coast to witness the dramatic cliffs, gorges, and wildflower displays (in season) of Kalbarri National Park, including highlights like Nature’s Window, Z-Bend, and the Kalbarri Skywalk. For the more adventurous, optional abseiling offers a thrilling perspective over the ancient gorges.

Continue to the World Heritage Listed Shark Bay, home to a rich array of wildlife and unique natural features. Enjoy a close encounter with the famous bottlenose dolphins at Monkey Mia, stroll along the stunning Shell Beach, and view the stromatolites—living fossils that tell the story of Earth’s earliest life.

From here, the tour heads to Coral Bay and the breathtaking Ningaloo Reef. Spend time snorkelling or relaxing on the beach, with options to join a guided tour to swim with manta rays or explore the reef by glass-bottom boat. The reef is just metres from shore, making it easily accessible and teeming with marine life.

Next, continue north to Exmouth and Cape Range National Park, a rugged coastal paradise of limestone ranges, canyons, and turquoise bays. Spend a full day exploring this region, with time to relax at Turquoise Bay or choose an optional whale shark or humpback whale swim (seasonal, at guest’s expense). Sunset at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse offers the perfect end to the day.

Your journey ends in Exmouth, with the option to extend your stay or make onward travel plans. This tour is designed to showcase the best of Western Australia’s Coral Coast in a relaxed, immersive way—blending stunning natural scenery, rich wildlife experiences, and opportunities for both adventure and relaxation.
