You’ll spot Humboldt penguins, sea lions, pelicans, and thousands of nesting seabirds. Along the way, view the massive and mysterious Candelabra geoglyph carved into the cliffside - an ancient symbol that has puzzled archaeologists for generations.

From 10:30 pm to 12:30 pm, venture into one of South America's largest coastal protected areas - the Paracas National Reserve. Here, the raw desert collides with the deep blue Pacific in a surreal blend of colors and textures. Start your day at Pisco Nietto, one of the oldest artisanal vineyards in the Ica Valley and a proud producer of Peru’s national spirit: Pisco. During this guided visit, you’ll discover the traditional production process - from grape harvesting and fermentation to copper-pot distillation and bottling. Wander the rustic grape fields, see antique distillery tools, and breathe in the sweet scent of fermenting fruit. After touching down, continue your journey back in time with a visit to the Cantalloc Aqueducts - a marvel of pre-Inca hydraulic engineering. Built over 2,000 years ago by the Nazca Culture, these spiral-shaped underground channels carried fresh water from the Andes across the arid valley, sustaining agriculture in one of the driest places on Earth. Walk along the still-functioning system, descend into one of the spirals, and learn how these structures used stone, gravity, and airflow to bring life to the desert - a rare and humbling encounter with ancient ingenuity.
