Day 1: Fianarantsoa - Ambalavao – Namoly (56 km + 46km of track +/- 4h)

After breakfast, departure by car to Ambalavao Visit to a workshop manufacturing “Anteimoro paper”, parchment paper made from plant fibers; Possibility of attending, on Wednesday, the “zebus market”, the second largest zebus market in Madagascar with 2000 heads on sale each week; Departure for Andringitra Park; 46 km of red trail to reach the park entrance; Meeting with the local population, the Betsileo villagers who have managed to preserve their ethnic values. Upon arrival, you will be offered a tour of the village to meet the local population. Night in bivouac in PC
Day 2: Namoly – Andriampotsy

We leave the village of Namoly which is the entrance to the Andringitra park and leave for 6 hours of walking with 600m of elevation gain through the forest of Belambo. We will visit the cave and the sacred waterfalls of Riandahy and Riambavy. Night in bivouac in PC
Day 3: Andriampotsy – Antaranomby

  • Accommodation: Under tent

2 to 3 hours of walking to climb to Pic Boby (2658m) to watch the sunrise, the view is magnificent, 2 hours of walking to go down. 4 hours of walking to cross the plateau at the foot of the cliff, at an altitude of 2000m and walk around the site of the extraterrestrial by following the descent in the west facade of the cliff and cross the forest of palm trees. You can admire another magnificent view. Night in Bivouac near another natural swimming pool in Antaranomby (at 1600m altitude). Night in bivouac in PC
Day 4: Antaranomby – Tsaranoro Valley – Ambalavao (25km of track and 30km of road +/-3h)

Departure after breakfast, descent to the Tsaranoro valley at an altitude of 900m for 4 hours of walking Picnic lunch at noon We take the car back once we arrive in the Tsaranoro valley
