We depart from Mossel Bay after breakfast and head to Botlierskop for a game drive. A game safari at Botlierskop Game Reserve offers an exhilarating adventure through the diverse landscapes of the Western Cape. As you traverse the rugged terrain in an open 4x4 vehicle, you'll have the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, rhinos, and more in their natural habitats. The reserve also boasts breathtaking views, lush vegetation, and meandering rivers, making the safari not just about wildlife but also about immersing yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the region.

From Botlierskop Game Reserve we take a lunch break - own expense. Thereafter we travel to Knysna Heads for a tour of Knysna Heads. A tour of the Knysna Heads offers breathtaking views and an immersive experience in one of the Garden Route's most iconic landmarks. The towering sandstone cliffs flank the narrow entrance to the Knysna Lagoon, where the Indian Ocean meets calm, turquoise waters. From scenic viewpoints, you can marvel at the contrast between the wild ocean and the serene lagoon, with panoramic views stretching over the town and surrounding forested hills. We travel to Robberg Nature Reserve where we do a 2 hour hiking. Hiking in Robberg Nature Reserve is a captivating experience that combines rugged coastal beauty with rich biodiversity. Located near Plettenberg Bay, the reserve offers trails that wind along dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and ancient rock formations, with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. Along the way, you might spot seals basking on the rocks, dolphins playing in the surf, and a variety of seabirds soaring above. The reserve’s trails range from easy walks to more challenging hikes, each offering a unique perspective on this pristine stretch of coastline, making it a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

From Robberg Nature Reserve we proceed to Bloukrans Bridge for bungy jumping at the world's highest bungy jump, at 216m. Bungy jumping from Bloukrans Bridge is the ultimate adrenaline rush, offering a heart-pounding leap from the world’s highest commercial bungy jump at 216 meters. Located along South Africa’s Garden Route, the Bloukrans Bridge spans a deep gorge with the Bloukrans River flowing far below. As you stand on the edge, the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests only add to the thrill. The free fall is an exhilarating plunge into the abyss, followed by the euphoria of bouncing back up, making it an unforgettable experience for thrill-seekers and adventurers alike. From Bloukrans Bridge we do a tour of Plettenberg Bay. We also visit beaches in Plettenberg Bay. A tour of Plettenberg Bay, affectionately known as "Plett," offers a delightful blend of natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation. This charming coastal town on South Africa's Garden Route boasts golden beaches, lush forests, and a vibrant marine environment.

From Plettenberg Bay we go back to Knysna. You can do the sunset boat cruise in the Knysna Lagoon, own cost. A sunset cruise on Knysna Lagoon is a serene and picturesque experience that captures the essence of this coastal gem. As the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the water, you'll glide through the calm lagoon, surrounded by the lush Knysna forests and the dramatic Knysna Heads. Our first stop is Hermanus where we do a brief tour and also get to see whales (in season). A tour of Hermanus, a charming coastal town in South Africa, is a treat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Known as one of the best whale-watching destinations in the world, Hermanus offers the chance to spot Southern Right Whales from the cliffs during their annual migration.

From Hermanus we proceed to Benguela Cove Wine Estate to taste 5 different wines. Wine tasting at Benguela Cove Wine Estate offers a refined experience amidst breathtaking scenery. Located on the shores of the Bot River Lagoon, the estate combines stunning views with exceptional wines. As you savor their award-winning varietals, including elegant reds and crisp whites, you can enjoy panoramic vistas of the lagoon and surrounding vineyards. From Benguela Cove Wine Estate we proceed to Betty's Bay where we get to see the endangered African Penguins. A tour of Betty's Bay to see African penguins is a delightful wildlife experience on South Africa’s southern coast. At the Stony Point Nature Reserve, you’ll encounter a lively colony of these charming penguins in their natural habitat. The reserve features well-maintained boardwalks and viewing platforms that allow you to observe the penguins up close as they waddle along the shore, nest in the rocks, and interact with each other. The picturesque coastal scenery adds to the charm of the visit, making it a memorable opportunity to witness these unique and endangered birds in action.

From Betty's Bay we travel on the whale coast route back to Cape Town. Traveling on the Whale Coast from Betty's Bay to Cape Town offers a scenic and exhilarating journey along South Africa’s stunning southern coastline. Starting in Betty's Bay, you'll meander through picturesque seaside towns and rugged landscapes, with opportunities to spot whales during their migration season. We arrive back in Cape Town at around 6pm to conclude the tour.
