Visit Scotland with a kilted Scotsman! The tour details below are not set in stone meaning you have plenty of room with the help of your guide to make sure your visit to Scotland is perfect. Day 1 we enjoy the route to Skye enjoying the best of Scotland along the way. Day 2 is all about Skye! Finally day 3 we are enjoying a different route back. Maybe you want to visit a distillery, castle or place not mentioned below. We can help you with these things once booked or while on tour together!

Once you have booked we will contact you to confirm your pick-up/drop off time and location. We will also let you know about any offers of extending your tour!

Please note you will have to book your own accommodation separately which we will be glad to guide you through to ensure you get the best out of your itinerary. The price of the tour covers up to 8 passengers per booking with space for 1 large suitcase and 1 hand luggage per passenger.

Glencoe

We begin by visiting the Highlands via Glencoe. Learn about clan history, explore the valley and discover hidden gems. It will take us around 3 hours to get here including a few stops along the way.
Fort William
  • 1j 30m
After a short 30 minute drive we will arrive in the largest town in the Highlands. Ben Nevis which is the highest mountain in the British Isles also resides here!
Portree
Around 3 hours later we will arrive in Portree, the capital of Skye. We will enjoy some photo stops along this scenic route. Here we will spend the night.
Hari 2: Isle of Skye

The Old Man of Storr

After a short 15 minute drive we will start our 3.8km hike up the Old Man of Storr (we have a plan B for those who cannot hike). With our walking boots and some waterproof clothing to always be on the safe side we will enjoy one of the best viewpoints in all the country!
Kilt Rock

15 minutes later we arrive at Kilt Rock. Enjoy the stunning views of the cliffs and waterfall here as the water crashes down into the sea.
Quiraing

15 minutes later we arrive at the epic Quiraing. This can be enjoyed hiking or by a short easy walk to the viewpoint. This landslip has formed some truly remarkable natural structures that will take your breath away.
Fairy Glen

30 minutes later we arrive at the green lush paradise known as Fairy Glen. We will stroll along the most beautiful parts of this natural wonder as we discuss how it was formed and how it got its name.
Neist Point

After lunch we will travel to Neist Point Lighthouse. This is the most westerly point of Skye and the sea and cliff views are simply gorgeous. On the way back to the hotel we will also make a few photo stops along the way.
Hari 3: Skye to Edinburgh

Eilean Donan Castle

We start the day off with a visit or photo stop to Eilean Donan Castle. This is one of Scotlands most photographed castles with very interesting history you'll learn along the way.
Loch Ness

After a scenic 1.5 hour drive we arrive at Scotlands most famous Loch, Loch Ness. Learn about Nessie, Urquhart Castle and the Caledonian Canal.
Inverness
  • 2j
30 minutes later and we arrive in the capital of the Highlands, Inverness. Here we will have lunch and enjoy some time in the city.
Edinburgh
  • 1j
We have a 3 hour drive back to Edinburgh so we will have a few stops along the way with great suggestions from your guide including places like Aviemore, Pitlochry or Dunkeld.
