  • Present your electronic voucher and non-Japanese passport at Green Ticket-Vending Machine or ticket reservation offices to redeem the physical ticket.
  • Redemption Locations: Kansai Airport Station, Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka Station, Sannomiya Station (Kobe City), Nara Station. Refer to the for opening hours
  • For biometric passports (e-passports): Present your electronic voucher and non-Japanese passport at a or ticket reservation office to redeem your physical ticket
  • For non-biometric passports (without IC chip): Present your electronic voucher and non-Japanese passport at a ticket reservation office to redeem your physical ticket
  • Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
