Hacienda San José

Now a 5* star hotel the hacienda is a stunning colonial estate which during the Spanish conquest housed a huge plantation worked by thousands of slaves brought over from Africa. Visit the hacienda, and the crazy labyrinth of underground tunnels used to illegally smuggle slaves 17km from the coast. An incredible history that gave rise to the modern-day Afro-Peruvian culture.
Paracas

The bus will be arriving in Paracas around 01:30 pm. You will have the afternoon free to explore the town around. You can also check with your guide for extra activities in Paracas, like Golden Shadow Trek.
