We arrive in Merzouga in the early morning, where you’ll check in at your desert lodge.

Morning: At the lodge before heading out for an exciting 4x4 Safari tour through the vast Sahara Desert. Explore deep into the desert, including a visit to the Moroccan-Algerian border, the Khamlia tribe, and the Dar Gnawa music performance. You’ll also experience local desert life by visiting the Mefis mining village and nomadic tents, learning about the Berber way of life.

Afternoon: Return to the lodge for a delicious lunch featuring local specialties like Medfouna (Moroccan pizza). After lunch, relax by the pool or take a refreshing shower. Then, get ready for the next highlight of the trip: a camel trek through the dunes! Ride your camel into the heart of the desert and watch the sunset from the top of the dunes.

Evening: Return to the lodge, unwind, and enjoy a traditional Berber dinner. The evening will be filled with campfire stories and a live Gnaoua music performance, bringing the magic of the Sahara to life. This will be a night you won’t forget!

Morning: Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the lodge, we begin our journey back. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and we’ll start the drive towards Arfoud, making stops along the way to take in the stunning views. En Route: Fossil Exhibition in Arfoud: Explore the ancient fossil exhibits showcasing the region’s rich history. Ain Ati: Stop to admire the beautiful landscapes of this hidden gem. Camel Milk Cooperative: Visit a local cooperative to taste fresh camel milk and learn about this traditional product. Oasis of Oulad Chaker: Marvel at the tranquil oasis and take plenty of photos to remember your adventure.

Lunch and Coffee Breaks: Enjoy a free lunch in Errachidia (at your leisure), and take a relaxing coffee break in Zaida to stretch your legs and recharge for the final leg of the journey.

Evening: We continue the drive back to Fes, where we plan to arrive around 11:00 PM.
