Pick-up from your hotel in Labuan Bajo in the early morning, followed by an overland journey to Denge Village (approx. 6–7 hours). Along the way, enjoy scenic views of mountains, forests, and traditional villages. Upon arrival in Denge, start a guided soft trek through lush rainforest and hilly terrain to reach Wae Rebo Village (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Several rest stops are provided along the trail. Arrive at the iconic Wae Rebo traditional village, home to the famous Mbaru Niang cone-shaped houses. You will be warmly welcomed by the local community with a traditional ceremony. Enjoy a guided village tour, learn about Manggarai culture, daily life, and local traditions. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional house, sharing space with local families.

Todo Village is a charming traditional Manggarai village located on the route to Wae Rebo. Known as a former royal village, Todo offers visitors a glimpse into the rich culture and history of Flores. Here, travelers can explore traditional Mbaru Niang houses, observe daily life, and learn about local customs, weaving, and farming practices. Todo Village provides a perfect cultural introduction before continuing the trek to the remote mountain village of Wae Rebo. Spend free time taking photos, interacting with villagers, and observing traditional activities such as coffee roasting and weaving (depending on the day). After lunch, begin the trek back down to Denge Village, then continue the drive back to Labuan Bajo, arriving in the evening.
