What to Know Before You Book • Passport Required: This tour includes cross-border travel between Zambia and Botswana. Please ensure your passport is valid and that you have the necessary visas (we recommend a KAZA Univisa if eligible). • Travel Insurance Required for Rafting: All rafting guests must have active travel insurance that covers adventure activities. • Moderate Fitness Required: Participants must be able to walk in and out of Batoka Gorge (with porter support). Not suitable for people with serious mobility issues or heart conditions. • Minimum Age: The rafting activity is only suitable for travelers aged 15 and above. • Rafting Season: White-water rafting is available year-round. However, the low water season (August–January) offers the best rapids and the longest rafting runs. We operate half-day rafting trips throughout the year, even during high water periods when full-day trips may be limited. • Luggage & Packing: Bring sunscreen, swimwear, quick-dry clothing, closed shoes for rafting, and a small daypack. • Border Transfers: Our team will assist with immigration and customs processes at Kazungula Border to ensure a smooth transition between countries.

This 2-day adventure offers two flexible options: • Option 1: Day 1 – White-water rafting + rhino safari | Day 2 – Chobe day trip • Option 2: Day 1 – Morning rafting + afternoon rhino safari | Day 2 – Chobe overnight camping Day 1 – Rafting & Rhino Safari (Zambia) Start with hotel pickup and transfer to Batoka Gorge for a safety briefing. Hike down for a thrilling half-day rafting trip through Grade 3–5 rapids. After a riverside lunch, head to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park for a game drive and white rhino walk with a professional ranger.
