On this spectacular 2-day tour of St. Thomas and St. John, explore the white-sand beaches, lush landscapes, and current fauna of the Virgin Islands. Swim among vibrantly colored coral reefs, explore views of the Caribbean from the highlands, and visit sites that are designated on the National Historic Registry.

Day 1: St. Thomas Convenient pickup from your St. Thomas hotel kicks off your trip. From here, you ascend a winding mountain to get a panorama of the Caribbean's turquoise waters and the elegant yachts entering the harbor.

You then travel back down into the main city of Charlotte Amalie, where you visit historic sites including the colonial Fort Christian, the Legislature Building, and the Emancipation Gardens, built to commemorate the freeing of slaves in 1848. Cap off the day with free time to have lunch at a local beach eatery before returning to your hotel.

Day 2: St. John From St. Thomas, you board a ferry for a short ride to St. John, one of the jewels of the Caribbean thanks to its protected park filled with tropical forest, coral reefs, and vibrant marine life. Take in breathtaking vistas from the top of Bordeaux Mountain and get a dose of history at the Annaberg Sugar Plantation ruins.

Next comes lunch stop (optional at your own expense) at a beachfront restaurant on pristine Trunk Bay beach, where you can go for a swim in the warm, sparkling water. Your tour concludes with time to go shopping for handmade goods and clothing in Cruz Bay before boarding the ferry back to St. Thomas.
