- IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requires the following information: full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality in order to issue the entrance ticket. When booking, please provide this information exactly as it appears on your passport.
- MACHU PICCHU CAPACITY IS LIMITED. Entry is scheduled in hourly shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our tour includes visits to Machu Picchu between the shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If these shifts are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will immediately confirm the tour for the next available time, ensuring your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
- To guarantee Circuit 2 at Machu Picchu, we recommend booking in advance. Circuit 2 is the best option, taking you to the classic photo spot without any issues and then allowing you to visit the lower part of Machu Picchu.
- Circuits 1 and 3 will only be available when Circuit 2 has no remaining time slots for Machu Picchu.
- ABOUT THE INFORMATIONAL MEETING OR BRIEFING: A representative from FLY CUSCO PERU will contact you one day in advance to arrange a meeting in your hotel lobby or at our office in Cusco’s historic center, depending on prior agreement. We will provide you with a detailed map and step-by-step itinerary, along with all the important tickets for this program.
- FOR SPENDING THE NIGHT IN AGUAS CALIENTES (MACHU PICCHU TOWN): Bring a small backpack or carry-on with enough clothing for the overnight stay. You can leave the rest of your belongings at your hotel in Cusco. Most of these establishments have storage facilities where your items will be kept (at no extra cost). We are also happy to store your belongings at our office located at Calle Ayacucho 171, second floor, historic center, Cusco.
- What to bring: Sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, jacket, small backpack with enough clothes for the overnight stay, rain gear during the rainy season (Dec-Mar).
- ABOUT WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: This option is available as a private tour for an extra cost, but not all areas are wheelchair accessible.
- There will be a maximum of 10 travelers on the tour or activity. In low season there can be up to 4 people on the tour or activity – making the tour more personalized.
