MoveFest was created to improve all aspects of your health from your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We believe that no matter the challenges you are going through, moving forward and taking action will help you live a better life, and that there is someone or some activity that will help you get through it. This is what you will find at MoveFest, whether from the classes offered to the stallholders we have invited to showcase their services or products.

This is your chance to discover something new, enjoy a fun afternoon meeting new people.

Over 16+ workshops from Salsa to Bollywood to Afrobeats to country line dancing to Zumba, and everything in between – this jam-packed event is perfect for anyone who wants to learn new moves and meet new people. Every MoveFest event provides new types of workshops.

Do as few or as many classes as you want throughout the day. There will also be a space to socialise and mingle with the new people you meet throughout the day.

Schedule for MoveFest (2pm - 7pm):

From 2pm to 2:15: Attendees arrive to check in
From 2:15 to 2:45pm: Welcoming ceremony
At 7pm: End of event
