From serene temples to bustling markets, city sightseeing to beautiful landscapes, this five-day trip showcases the diversity of Myanmar. Start in intriguing Yangon, travel to temple-filled Bagan, then touch down in tranquil Inle Lake.

DAY 1: ARRIVE YANGON - CITY TOUR (L/D)

Upon arrival at airport, welcome by local guide and transfer to hotel for check-in.

Afternoon, begin a 2,5-hour walking tour through central Yangon and visit Shwedagon Pagoda the most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar.

DAY 2: YANGON – GOLDEN ROCK PAGODA (B/L/D)

Morning drive to visit the Golden Rock (around 4 hours). First take a truck and then enjoy the trekking to Golden Rock, it will take about 1 hour up the hill to enjoy the sunset at the Golden Rock.

DAY 3: GOLDEN ROCK – BAGO – YANGON (B/L/D)

Morning drive back to Yangon and stop to visit to Bago, Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha (55 metres long), Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Myo Ma Local Market, Chinese Kwanyin Temple.

DAY 4: YANGON - BAGAN (B/L/D)

Morning, take an early flight to Bagan and visit NyaungOo Market, Shwezigone Pagoda, Gubyaukgyi Temple. Afternoon, continue to visit Thatbyinnyu Pagoda, Nanpaya temple and enjoy breathtaking sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda.

DAY 5: BAGAN – MT.POPA EXCURSION (B/L/D)

Today visit Mt Popa, an extinct volcano standing 1518 metres high before driving back to Bagan.

DAY 6: BAGAN - MANDALAY - AMARAPURA (B/L/D)

Morning take an early flight to Mandalay and drive to Amarapura and visit a silk weaving workshop, Mahagandayon monastery, U Bein Bridge, the world’s longest and 200 year-old teak bridge.

DAY 7: MANDALAY – SAGAING – INWA (B)

Morning visit Sagaing then continue to Inwa(Ava). Sightseeing is done by horse-cart due to the road condition, but this is a fascinating way to cover In-wa. Then, transfer to back to Mandalay.

DAY 8: MANDALAY - HEHO - INLE LAKE (B/L/D)

Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Heho. On arrival, drive to Inle Lake and enjoy a boat ride to visit to the Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Nag Phi Chaung Monastery, Padaung or “Copper Neck” hill tribe.

DAY 9: INLE LAKE – INDEIN (B/L/D)

Morning visit the lake’s morning market then continue down a small canal leading to Indein populated by ethnic Padaung (“long neck women”). This afternoon is your leisure at hotel.

DAY 10: HEHO - YANGON DEPARTURE(B)
