Beach Fit Social is all about having a fun workout together on the beach. We believe training always should be enjoyable and challenging at the same time! We provide a safe environment for everyone and every level (from complete beginners) and give you the opportunity to improve your level of fitness with the help of HIIT Training meanwhile you can enjoy the company of like-minded people. We provide all the fun equipment which makes that workout so special and in one hour we would love you to learn about your body as much as possible in a supportive atmosphere. It will be a full body workout including cardio, mobility, strength, endurance and flexibility.
