  • All travelers must carry their passport, a clear photo of it, or the official entry document used to enter Peru (driver’s licenses are not accepted). Travelers without valid documents must pay the additional 18% VAT (IGV).
  • It is mandatory to send a photo of your passport at least 24 hours before the trip so we can arrange your transportation from Lima to Ica. This information is required to issue your bus tickets.
  • Before the tour, all participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing and sign a safety and responsibility form.
  • Passengers weighing more than 100 kg must pay USD 10 for an additional seat. This applies to the Huacachina buggies. In the case of the bus, an additional seat will be assigned at a cost of 25 USD
  • Children under 3 years old do not pay for the tour; however, parents must cover any additional expenses (entrance fees, snacks, or extra activities).
  • For the buggy tour, children under 3 years old must travel in a private service, pay for a seat, and use a safety carrier.
  • Children over 3 years old will have a seat available; however, parents should be aware that the buggy operates at high speed due to the nature of the activity.
  • Parents must sign a consent form for minors to participate in the buggy tour.
