We will start with a practice of yoga and mindfulness in a natural environment, outdoors, next to the cellar where we will then taste the wines. Yoga is an introspective way to cultivate self-awareness. It is a state that we reach using the two gateways body and mind:  Asanas (postures) – we use our body and its movement to connect with our physical part. Pranayama (breathing) – we use our breathing to connect with our mind.  Mindfulness (mindfulness) – we use our mind to pay attention to the present moment without judgment, focusing on sensations, releasing distractions and expectations. A smooth and fluid practice that prepares the senses and balances the nervous system as it precedes wine tasting.

The winery’s expert staff has prepared us a visit to its facilities, where we will discover some of the secrets of making and aging the magnificent wines that we will taste next. The tour will take us through its fermentation room, underground wine aging cellars and tasting room.
