Know before you book

  • Please present a valid photo ID when renting a bicycle.
  • Other usage rules and safety instructions will be provided on site.
  • Bicycles must be returned by 5:30 PM on the rental day.
  • Failure to return on time without prior notice will incur a penalty fee of 5,000 yen.
  • If the bicycle malfunctions during use, please notify the management immediately.
  • In case of key loss or damage caused by the customer’s negligence, the management reserves the right to charge the customer the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Refunds will not be issued for arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
  • Contact # may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (Mon-Fri)
