The tour starts at 9:00 am from Casa de las Palmas hostel and heads to the port of Leticia to board a boat that will take us through the Amazon and Yavarí rivers to the authentic lodge in Sacambu, Peru, in a journey of approximately three hours.

At the lodge, you will enjoy lunch and have time for a short rest. Afterwards, we venture out to swim in the lakes of Sacambu, followed by exploring the rivers in search of pink and gray dolphins. The day concludes with a vibrant sunset from the boat.

Back at the accommodation, you will have time to relax before dinner and then engage in a nighttime activity, either caiman spotting or a walk through the flooded jungle, depending on the river level. After breakfast, we embark on a quest to find an ideal spot for fishing, with the exciting possibility of catching piranhas.

After fishing, we return to the accommodation for lunch and a bit of rest. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a walk or boat ride (depending on the river level) of two to three hours through the lowland jungle in search of wildlife and flora.

At night, you can go on a night hike or canoe trip, then spend the night camping in the jungle or sleeping in a bed with a mosquito net at the lodge.
