Don’t miss 'Roujiamo', China's most ancient burger, stuffed with tender, and the "Biang Biang Noddles" with spiced meator the dramatic pull of hand-stretched noodles, tossed right before your eyes. Here, every bite is bold, authentic, and alive with tradition. Come hungry, leave happy—and maybe a little messy. We usually choose 3-4 food from: Liang Pi (cold noodle), Yang Rou Pao Mo (cruded pancake in mutton soup), Hui Fang Kao Rou skewers (barbecue), Suan Tang Shui Jiao (hot and sour dumpling soup), Biang Biang Noodles, sticky Zeng Gao, Plum Syrup (Suan Mei Fen drink)...
