  • Begin your workshop by meeting your instructor, Mihika, who will explain the recipe and the spices that you will use in the dish.

    Each person will be assigned a task for the preparation of the dish. As you cook, the steps and the importance of each step will be discussed in detail.

    Please inform us in advance if you have any intolerances or preferences as we can customise the menu accordingly.

    Once the food is ready, serve it in kansa dishes( traditional utensils) and enjoy the meal with your family and friends.
