Train on a special machine – a silicone-coated rotating carpet that works like a reverse treadmill. Use real skis, ski boots, bindings, and poles during training. 1 hour on the training machine is equivalent to several hours of skiing in the mountains.

During the introductory training, ski for 20-25 minutes, which is slightly shorter than during other training sessions (3x10 min. or 2x15 min.). Learn what boots, skis, and helmets to choose, and how to clean everything after the training.
