The Fjellheisen Cable car is the perfect spot to observe the Northern Lights. A Northern Lights watchman will inform you as soon as they are visible so that you can enjoy the moment and take incredible photographs if you wish.

You will be just outside of the mountain restaurant where the light pollution is minimal and views of the Aurora are clear. The view of the mountains covered with snown and the mystical Northern Lights will leave you with memories for life.

From the large outdoor terrace, you can also view the majestic Tromsdalstinden peak which towers 1,238 m above sea level, and in summer, the panorama deck at the upper station provides an excellent opportunity for taking in Midnight Sun. During the Arctic winter, it’s an ideal place for hunting the magical Northern Lights on our evening trips.
