the second fermentation, and aging.
You'll take part in a blind tasting of three Grand Cru champagnes from the same blend but with different dosages.

This tasting will help you understand the impact of dosage on the aromas, texture, and personality of champagne.

Then, you'll continue the experience with a workshop where you'll disgorge a half-bottle on the fly, add the dosage of your choice, and manually label the bottle with a personalized back label with your name. Don't worry, the half-bottle is yours!
