Cabo San Juan del Guia

The crown jewel of Tayrona National Park, Cabo San Juan is one of Colombia's most iconic beaches. Travelers will find two stunning bays framed by jungle-covered hills and giant boulders tumbling into turquoise Caribbean water. With 3.5 hours of free time, guests can swim in the calmer of the two bays, sunbathe on white sand, explore the rocky headland, and soak in panoramic views from the famous clifftop hammock platform overlooking the sea.

One of Colombia's most biodiverse protected areas, where tropical jungle meets the Caribbean coast. Travelers will hike shaded jungle trails alive with the sounds of howler monkeys, spot cotton-top tamarins, iguanas, and exotic birds, and learn about the indigenous Kogui, Wiwa, Kankuamo, and Arhuaco communities whose ancestral territory this remains today.

Arrecifes (Sambil lalu)

A dramatic and wild stretch of coastline fringed by palm trees and dense jungle. Swimming is not permitted due to powerful currents, but the beach is a breathtaking stop for photography and a chance to appreciate the raw, untouched nature of the park.

LA PISCINA (Sambil lalu)

True to its name ("the pool"), La Piscina is a tranquil, protected cove with calm, clear water ideal for swimming. One of the most peaceful spots along the trail, it offers a perfect moment to cool off before the final push to Cabo San Juan.

Playa Arenilla (Sambil lalu)

A small, sheltered bay where the water is calm enough to swim. Travelers can take a quick dip, enjoy the shade of the tree line, and browse small vendors selling drinks and snacks. A welcome refreshment mid-hike.
