Whether you’re looking for quiet meditation or an intense workout, our SUP yoga instructors are here to guide you through the movements and flows that will leave you feeling refreshed. No previous SUP experience is required to participate. The guide will adjust the itinerary as necessary to support every participant’s needs.

Stand up paddleboarding has its roots in Hawaii and has only recently been combined with Yoga. This hybrid water activity is a great way to challenge your core by adding more levels of balance and movement as you immerse yourself in nature in the city. SUP Yoga can be whatever you want it to be whether you're looking for quiet meditation or a tough workout with the city backdrop behind you. Go at your own pace and pick variations of poses and movements lead by our wonderful instructors. You don't even need SUP experience. We will give you a quick tutorial before heading out to our destination.
