Show your voucher and pick up sweet or savory snackbox at the ticketoffice before boarding the ship. At Heineken Experience you come and discover what lies behind the doors of the former Heineken brewery in Amsterdam, and learn everything there is to know about the world’s favorite beer. At the end of the you will receive 2 complementary beers ( 18 )
Your cruise will depart from the dock opposite Stadhouderskade 550 ( Opposite Heineken Experience) in Amsterdam.
Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. from there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.

  • Your ticket for the Heineken Experience is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your slottime is NOT possible.

  • The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an so called "OPEN TICKET". This means that no timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks:
  • The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. from there the dock is a 2 minute walk.
  • The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. from there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.
  • Please note that that Blue Boat Company is closed on the following dates:
  • 27th April: Kingsday, 5th August: Pride and Queer Canal Parade, 25th December: Christmas, 31st December; no cruises after 4:00PM, 1st January; until noon.
  • You can cancel until 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation within 24 hours is not possible
