Begin your adventure by meeting your guide at the parking area in Taman Eko Rimba Nuang. After a safety and gear briefing, warm up and start your hike.

Ascend into the Titiwangsa Main Range, passing numerous small streams and groves of wild bamboo. Listen for the sounds of wildlife, including various bird species, monkeys, and the occasional large mammal, especially near perennial water sources like Lolo Falls.

As you make your way up the trail, encounter steep and rugged terrain, with sections of narrow trails and steep drop-offs. The path to Pengasih Camp is even steeper, and in some places, uprooted trees have gouged great holes in the trail, which must be scaled by pulling on tree roots and branches.

Reach the summit of Gunung Nuang and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, including lush forests and rolling hills.
