Join an interactive adventure to explore Scotland’s seas. From incredible deep-sea corals and kelp forests to playful marine mammals and giant seabird cities, the exhibits, games, talks and films in the Discovery Experience bring the wonders of Scotland's seas to life.

As part of your visit take part in the Wild Island guided spotting sessions on the Centre's outdoor scope deck. The charity's knowledgeable team will help you spot seasonal wildlife using their telescopes and binoculars. Sessions will focus on seasonal wildlife, highlighting the species that are present along the coast at the time of your visit. Highlights include puffins from April - July, gannets from April - September, over wintering shorebirds from October-February, and grey seals year round.

Enjoy a changing program of events and exhibitions throughout the year from interactive live science shows and storytelling sessions to wildlife talks and rockpooling.
