Physical Requirements: Participants should be comfortable walking on sand and in shallow water. The session involves approximately 5-10 minutes of walking between locations along the pedestrian promenade.

Not Suitable For: Those with significant mobility limitations preventing walking on uneven sandy surfaces or standing for moderate periods.

Weather Considerations: Sessions are scheduled during San Andrés' most reliable weather periods.

Client Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund.

Weather Conditions:
Heavy rain or unsafe conditions: If the session cannot proceed due to heavy rain or unsafe conditions, you may choose either a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost — the choice is yours.

Photographer Cancellations:
In case of emergency or force majeure on our part, or in rare cases of heavy rain or unsafe conditions: 100% refund or free rescheduling, your choice.

Photo Delivery: Your edited high-resolution images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 7 days of your session, allowing easy downloading, sharing, and ordering prints.
