The experience begins with a welcome and an introduction to who we are and our philosophy, before delving into the territory: climate, soils, and the emblematic variety of the designation, Verdejo.

During the visit, you'll learn firsthand how we make our white wines. We'll go down to the tank area to explain the winemaking technique and, in particular, aging on lees, a method that provides greater complexity and structure and contributes to a better aging capacity in our whites. During the tour, you'll also visit the rest of the facilities, learning about the process from the grape to the bottle.

The experience culminates with a commented tasting of 3 wines from the Martínez Bujanda family, accompanied by regional charcuterie. You will taste:
