Deep in the Serranía de Ronda, at over 700 meters of altitude, lies one of Spain's most distinctive wine-growing regions. This experience takes you to a family-run estate where the wines of the area are grown and made.
The tour begins among the vine rows, where you'll learn about varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Syrah, and how the altitude and mountain climate shape the character of each one. You'll then visit the winery facilities, including underground aging cellars, to see the aging and winemaking process.
The experience ends with a tasting of 4 house wines — reds, whites, and rosés — paired with a selection of mountain cheeses and Ibérico cured meats.
Groups are kept small to allow for a closer experience throughout the visit.
