Upon arriving, sip on a refreshing gin & tonic as you explore the Western Queensland Spirit distillery. Join one of our cellar door team as they talk you through the beginnings of Outback Queensland’s first distillery, what inspires our handcrafted spirits, and how our spirits are produced. Then, unwind in one of our scenic seating areas and enjoy a guided tasting of four award-winning spirits or liqueurs, perfectly paired with our signature Grazier’s Platter.

Not drinking? Enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail on arrival, followed by another of your choice with your Grazier’s Platter.
