You will learn to create flavorful broth using selected ingredients, seasonings, and techniques you can recreate at home. Please note that we do not make noodles. Instead, we focus on the knowledge and techniques behind delicious ramen, especially its broth. You will also learn to wrap gyoza and shape onigiri. Enjoy Japanese food culture through cooking. Prepare each dish with step-by-step guidance, then enjoy what you create.
