Catedrala Mantuirii Neamului (Pass by)
The Cathedral of the Salvation of the Nation (also known as the National Cathedral of Bucharest) is the largest church in Romania and the tallest and largest Orthodox church building in terms of volume and surface area in the world.
Triumph Arch (Arcul de Triumf) (Pass by)
It was originally built from temporary materials (wood, stucco) in 1922 to celebrate the Great Union and the coronation of King Ferdinand I and Queen Maria in Alba Iulia. The current form, made of granite and concrete, was completed in 1936. It is 27 meters high and is a major tourist attraction. It symbolizes the highest form of commemoration of historical events and personalities.
