Tour Briefing
Golden Shadows Premium Trek
The meeting point for this tour is our “Playa Roja Tours” office in Paracas at 2:00 p.m.
There will be a 15-minute grace period.

Once all passengers are on board, we will begin the tour, departing from Paracas in the vehicle with our driver, who is an expert on the route. The first stop is at the entrance to the Paracas National Reserve; this is a checkpoint.
Continuing our tour, our next stop is at Playa Roja (Red Beach), where we will spend approximately 5 to 8 minutes taking photos and enjoying the incredible view.

Continuing the tour, we will visit the Itmos viewpoint on the peninsula, where we will be able to see literally the entire Paracas National Reserve.
We will then continue to the next viewpoints, La Catedral and Playa Supay.

Next, we will make a stop at a Pink Lagoon—an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience like nothing you've ever seen before. You will also be able to see many flamingos.

After this stop, we will head to El Playón, where we will begin our hike of approximately 1 kilometer (0.6 miles), during which we will be able to enjoy the flora and fauna, the sunset, and a view of part of the Pacific Ocean. Our final destination will be Playa Mendieta, where our vehicle will be waiting to take us back to the town of Paracas.
