The activity begins with a deep breathing session, guided by Paquita with her 30 years of experience, to harmonize body and mind. Then, yoga and Pilates poses are performed in sequence, suitable for all levels, with special attention to alignment and relaxation. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze create a serene atmosphere, ideal for reconnecting with yourself and enjoying the exceptional natural setting.
A glass of tea will bring the session to a close.
