You will begin this traditional experience with your arrival at the farm.
You will be welcomed by the owners in the only way Sicilians can do, in the best way!

You will start your experience with a tasting of hot ricotta, typical and ancient breakfast of the shepherds, farmers and simply of the grandparents of our beautiful land. A simple, traditional and certainly nutritious way to start the day.

The hot ricotta will be served with olives, the famous sausage of Palazzolo Acreide, homemade bread, wine and other local delicacies.

Only after enjoying the unique flavors of tradition, you will visit the farm.
You can also visit the dairy and the butcher's shop and finally the stables.
