Paddle SUP (stand up paddle) is an activity that combines physical exercise, balance and direct contact with the sea. Therefore, it is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. In addition, when practiced in an upright position, it improves posture, core muscles and stability. However, in order to fully enjoy it, it is essential to receive an adequate technical basis. During the SUP paddle course, you will learn from the most basic concepts to advanced techniques according to your level. For example, we will work out how to climb the board correctly, row efficiently, turn, keep your balance and react to small waves or wind. We’ll also teach you safety concepts, how to interpret sea conditions and how to prevent falls. Before entering the water, you will receive a brief theoretical introduction. Even so, most of the course will be practical and personalized, tailored to your pace and needs. You’ll always be accompanied by a titled monitor that gives you real-time support and corrections.
