Day 1: Senaru Village – Senaru Crater Rim – Sangkareang Second Mountain
Begin your adventure in the morning from Senaru Village. After meeting your trekking team and receiving a short briefing, start hiking through the tropical forest of Mount Rinjani National Park.
After several hours of trekking, arrive at the first resting point, where you can enjoy a short break and recharge before continuing the journey.
The trail gradually becomes more challenging as you climb higher toward the Senaru Crater Rim. Along the way, the dense forest slowly changes into open mountain landscapes, offering increasingly spectacular views of Lombok Island and the surrounding valleys.
In the afternoon, arrive at the Senaru Crater Rim, one of the most famous and scenic viewpoints on Mount Rinjani. From the campsite, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Segara Anak Lake, Mount Rinjani and its volcanic landscape, Mount Barujari inside the crater, and the surrounding mountains and valleys. After enjoying the scenery and taking photographs, your trekking team will prepare dinner at the campsite.

Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying dinner, and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains under a sky full of stars.

Day 2: Sunrise at Senaru Crater Rim – Return to Senaru Village
Wake up early in the morning to witness a spectacular sunrise over the mountains. The Senaru Crater Rim offers one of the most impressive sunrise experiences on Mount Rinjani. As the sun rises, the surrounding mountains, Segara Anak Lake, and volcanic landscapes slowly become illuminated by the morning light.
After enjoying sunrise and taking photographs, breakfast will be served at the campsite. You will have additional time to enjoy the incredible scenery before the trekking team prepares for the descent.
The journey back to Senaru Village follows the same trail through the beautiful tropical forest. The descent allows you to once again experience the rich natural environment of Mount Rinjani National Park.
After several hours of trekking, arrive back in Senaru Village, where your unforgettable 2-day, 1-night Mount Rinjani adventure comes to an end.
