Organized at a local home, our half day cooking class was created to bring you a closer look and taste to Vietnamese cuisines, made by you.

Timetable: 10AM - 2PM or 3PM - 7PM

Duration: 4 - 5 hours, including pick up and drop off

Itinerary:

• Pick up from your hotel
• Arrive at the kitchen to start. Mom will show you how to catch crabs and shrimps with bamboo traps, using a small boat
• Break time for Vietnamese tea and sweet potatoes, just like real Viet farmers
• Learn to plough and plant vegetables with Mom.
• Learn to make chicken coops (Optional, depending on the weather)
• Wash your hands and try cooking Viet dishes from the shimps and crabs you caught. Have a delicious meal made by you
• Relax and do some fishing
• End the class with fresh local herbal tea
• Return to your hotel
