What you can expect

Settle in for a relaxed session of sipping and grazing with the Taste & Graze experience at Earp Distilling Co. in Newcastle. This self-guided tasting lets you enjoy a curated selection of Earp spirits at your own pace. Each tasting flight includes three handcrafted spirits, accompanied by tasting notes to help guide your journey. The friendly team will be nearby to answer questions and offer insights if needed.

You get to choose your tasting flight from the following options:
Gin Flight - Just Juniper Gin, No. 8 Dry Gin, Portside Gin
Dark Flight - Reggie’s Rum, Bond Store Whisky, Curated Cask Rum: Hunter Valley Fortified
Sweet Flight - Vodka Pure, Summertime Limoncello, Orancello.
All flights come with mixers, ice, and garnishes selected to complement your spirits.

Alongside your tasting, enjoy a Grazing Package featuring favourites from the seasonal menu. Your grazing board will be portioned to suit your group size. The table is yours for the duration of the session, making it ideal for a leisurely afternoon or a social catch-up. After your tasting, you’re welcome to stay and order additional drinks or dishes from the à la carte menu.
