We also visit Lover's Point Park in Pacific Grove for a short walk, Bird Rock in Pebble Beach for its abundant marine wildlife and the inspiring Lone Cypress tree also in Pebble Beach. Along the way, we learn all about the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and the area's fascinating history going back to the Spanish settlement in 1770.
