Accompanied by knowledgeable and experienced guides, our guests are welcome to discover the secrets and traditions of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in our
historic Acetaia. Walking through the vineyards and aging rooms with more than 4,000 barrels, visiting the Family Balsamic Museum, with its relics and
centuries-old barrels, you will find yourself surrounded by a magical atmosphere and heady scents. You will be able to taste special reserves of aged Balsamics, including ultracentenarian ones, to enjoy an emotional experience capable of engaging all the senses.The final tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and a glass of Lambrusco wine will complete the experience by combining these three typical products of our territory.
