The experience will begin with a tour of the vineyard near the winery, during which we will explain the history of our company and what we produce. We will then continue with a visit to the winery, where we will explain the processes and how wine is made. Next, the tasting of the wines, the olive oil, three different types of honey, and pollen will begin under a pergola (in case of rain, the tasting will take place in the winery). Depending on the time of year when they visit us, guests may be able to observe some of the production processes (harvesting, foot pressing, and vinification can be seen in September, while bottling and labeling, all done by hand, can be seen in late March). We will try to convey to our guests the love and passion we put into our work.
