Activity itinerary

Kilmahog
  • 30m
Between landscapes of mountains, lakes and valleys, we will reach the Rannoch Moor. We will stop in one of Scotland's most beautiful and magical valleys: the Glencoe Valley, where one of the bloodiest clan episodes took place. It is there that we can photograph the Three Sisters and also recognize some landscapes of such famous films as Harry Potter or James Bond.
Glencoe
  • 15m
Continuing, we will arrive at Glencoe, one of the most dramatic and historically significant valleys in Scotland. Known for its striking natural beauty and the tragic events of the Glencoe Massacre in 1692, this area offers panoramic views and a deep connection to the rich heritage of the Scottish clans. In the viewpoint of the Three Sisters you will have time to appreciate the landscape and capture memorable photographs.
Fort Augustus
  • 1h 20m
We will continue our excursion to Loch Ness and cross Fort William. The great mountains of Scotland and the Ben Nevis will lead us into the Great Glen. This geological fault divides the heart of the Highlands and hosts Lake Linhe, Lake Lochy, Lake Oich and Lake Ness. The Caledonian Canal and the Fort Augustus Lock System will be our next destination. There will be time to visit the canal and those who wish can also take a cruise on Loch Ness. Don't forget your camera, the landscape will give you the best panoramas. Admission to the 1-hour Lake Ness cruise is not included in the price of the tour. Price for ViajarporEscocia.com customers – only pounds – £21.00 adults / £19 over 60 / £14 children from 4 to 15 / free for children under 4 years old. There is no discount for families.
Inverness
  • 1h
The tour continues to Inverness, the vibrant capital of the Highlands. You’ll have free time to explore this charming city, stroll along the River Ness, admire the distinctive Inverness Cathedral built in red sandstone or relax in one of its cozy cafes, enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Highlands.
Pitlochry
  • 30m
Returning to Edinburgh in the afternoon, the tour takes in breathtaking scenery. We will make a short stop in the charming village of Pitlochry, where you can rest and explore its picturesque streets before continuing. The return route will pass through Cairngorms National Park or the A9 road, giving you one last taste of the charm of the Highlands.
