Immerse yourself in the Langhe, amidst hills and vineyards recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, through an authentic experience led directly by the winemaker. The tour begins in the winery’s most iconic vineyard: Vigna Manzotti, a “heroic vineyard” characterized by its steep slope, cultivated by hand, and offering unforgettable views. Here, you will learn about the winery's history, its connection to the local area, and a number of unconventional projects that reflect a personal approach to winemaking.
After your walk among the vine rows, you will move on to the winery – their “hermitage” – where Simone will guide you through the process of making wine, from tending the vineyard to the stages of vinification and aging. As a family-run operation covering approximately 13.6 acres, the winemakers oversee the entire process, from the vineyard to the bottle, with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach based on daily work and informed choices.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 6 wines, with a focus on Nebbiolo and Moscato, accompanied by a variety of other offerings. The wines will be paired with a small board of local cured meats and cheese, intended as a high-quality snack (not a full meal). The winery is also certified for environmental sustainability, a core value of their approach to hospitality and production.
