Fresh oysters (hand-picked straight from the ocean) served with lemon wedges, homemade steamed ham and prosciutto, local goat’s cheese, fresh fish pate
Salads:
Dalmatian salad with fresh garden lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, extra virgin olive oil and capers, fresh octopus salad.
Main Courses:
Dalmatian seafood pasta al dente, including lobster, shrimp, clams and mussels or grilled fresh fish accompanied with local cabbage and potatoes.
Dessert:
Apple pie a la mode, seasonal fruit platter, ice cream extravaganza
