Day One
Collection at given facility 0845 within Kasane - followed with registration and a light breakfast snack.
Your luxury safari experience starts with a morning boat cruise on the Chobe River in the National Park, one of the highlights of the trip as you will have the opportunity to get up close to some fantastic birdlife, hippos, crocodiles and scores of elephants and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to quench their thirst.
After a delicious lunch buffet at Coffee Buzz restaurant, you return to the park in one of the customized 4x4 game viewers for an afternoon game drive, making your way slowly to the private luxury camp setup.
This is the best time to see Chobe National Park’s large herbivores coming down to the river to drink. Make your way to camp shortly after a sundowner, whether it’s a gin and tonic or glass of wine and snacks and take in the magic of the African sunsets.
Arrive in camp to settle in, and to enjoy prepared dinner and a chat around the campfire. After some hearty bush cuisine, you can listen to the sounds of the bush around you as you lie in bed in your ensuite tent and drift off to sleep.
Day Two
Wake up at dawn with a friendly Botswana “dumela” (good day), and after light breakfast, head off on an early morning game drive. This time of day is best for finding predators, as they are still active, and chances of seeing them are best.
As the day heats up, return to Camp for a delicious “bush brunch” and an opportunity to read, rest, or take a refreshing shower. When the day starts to cool off, guests are provided with afternoon high tea and another afternoon game drive. Good sightings are revisited, or areas yet traversed are explored. Return to camp after sundowners for a reflective fireside chat.
A hearty three-course bush dinner follows, prepared by the expert bush chef in camp, as always accompanied by the unforgettable sounds of the African night.
Day Three
On your last day, after a light breakfast followed by an early morning game drive, return to camp for a delicious “bush brunch” and an opportunity to take a refreshing shower and pack. Guests leave camp for a final Chobe River boat cruise before returning to Kasane.
A transport from either Livingstone or Victoria Falls can be arranged for an extra charge.
