Drilling:
Put your newfound knowledge into practice with partner drills. This hands-on approach allows you to build confidence and muscle memory while receiving personalized feedback in a supportive environment.
Rolling / Sparring:
If you're comfortable, we’ll incorporate light sparring to give you a taste of applying techniques in a live setting. This is a great way to experience the flow and strategy of Jiu-Jitsu.
